This Utility Use Study was prepared according to the current guidelines
set forth in the State tax code.
National Utility Solutions shall answer any
and all questions made by any State agency pertaining to
predominant use studies prepared by National Utility Solutions.
In the unlikely event, should said study be found invalid
under rules in effect at the time the study was prepared,
National Utility Solutions will return
any monies received for services rendered.
