Arizona Predominant Use Study (utility use study)
Our Arizona predominant use studies account for all electricity and/or natural gas usage. On a per-meter basis, if we can prove more than 50% of the electricity and/or natural gas is used in exempt processes, then we can remove 100% of the State and County sales taxes. In addition to removing the sales taxes, we can also recover up to the last 48 months of utility sales taxes paid in error.
Our Arizona predominant use studies are a comprehensive power-draw based study. Our studies are balanced with a 12-month history, and certified by our PE (professional engineer) for accuracy and defendability with the State agencies.
